Vacancies

We always hold opportunities for volunteers as we are a growing and expanding service. Relevant expenses are paid for all volunteers. Please contact us for application forms for either Placement Counsellors in training or for Voluntary Counsellors.

Qualified Counsellors/Therapists

We require you to complete an application form and provide references, and proof of qualifications.  You will then be invited for an interview.  Following success of this and a successful enhanced DBS check, you will be offered a place on the team.  Supervision costs are met by The Haven up to £45 for full team members.

Placement Counsellors

Following completion of an application form and references, you will be invited for an interview. You will be required to undergo enhanced DBS check.  If you are offered a placement you will be required to fund your own supervision but travel expenses will be met within certain mileage. We are not able to offer in-house supervision.

Trustees

We require people who can bring skills and expertise in fundraising, advertising, mental health etc. to become a trustee of The Haven, a growing centre of excellence.
